1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility and Registration

3. User Account

Each user is only allowed to have one (1) active account on nasib88. Registering multiple accounts, whether using a different name, email address, mobile number, or payment method, is strictly prohibited and is considered fraud.

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. This includes any financial transactions, bets, and communications made through your account. You must ensure that your login credentials — including your username and password — are kept secure and not shared with any other party.

4. Deposits and Payments

nasib88 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking through FPX, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC, and ETH. The minimum deposit amount is RM10 for all available payment methods.

All deposits must be made from an account or e-wallet registered in your own name. The use of third-party payment methods is not permitted and may result in account suspension or closure. Funds deposited will not earn any interest while held in your nasib88 account.

nasib88 reserves the right to decline or cancel any deposit transaction suspected of involving fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of any applicable laws. Should this occur, nasib88 will notify you through the available support channels.

5. Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. Withdrawals will be processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours after the request is approved, subject to our standard security review.

All withdrawals will be processed to the same account used for your original deposit method. nasib88 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal. This is a standard security measure in place to protect the interests of all parties.

• Your first withdrawal may require full identity verification before it is processed
• Withdrawal requests made during an active account review will be held until the review is complete
• Bonus wagering requirements must be fully met before any bonus-related withdrawal is permitted
• nasib88 does not charge processing fees for withdrawals, however third-party charges may apply

6. Bonuses and Promotions

The nasib88 welcome bonus gives you an extra 200% on your first deposit, up to a maximum of RM500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

Example: If you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM200, bringing your total balance to RM300. The amount that must be wagered before withdrawal is RM200 × 15 = RM3,000. For a deposit of RM600, the bonus is RM500 (maximum cap), balance RM1,100, with a wagering requirement of RM500 × 15 = RM7,500.

Every other bonus offered by nasib88 has its own specific terms that will be communicated at the time of the offer. nasib88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end any bonus or promotion programme at any time without prior notice. Bonus abuse such as arbitrage betting or using multiple accounts to claim bonuses will result in the bonus being voided and disciplinary action being taken on the relevant account.

7. Game Rules

All games available on nasib88 have their own rules that must be followed. The outcome of each game is final and cannot be disputed unless a technical fault on the part of nasib88 can be proven.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or changed
• If a technical disruption occurs during a game, nasib88 reserves the right to cancel the affected round and refund the original bet amount
• Any game result arising from a software error or system failure will be reviewed and resolved by our technical team
• The use of any software, automated tools (bots), or unusual methods to gain an advantage in games is prohibited

Nasib88 provides general RTP (Return to Player) information for each game category as a guide. Individual RTP values for each game may vary and are the responsibility of the respective game developers.

8. User Conduct

nasib88 users are expected to act in a responsible and ethical manner at all times. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• The use of abusive, threatening, or offensive language towards any other user or nasib88 staff
• Any attempt to hack, breach, or disrupt nasib88's systems or security

• Suspected or proven fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Registration of multiple accounts

• Repeated violations of these Terms and Conditions

Users may also request to close their account voluntarily at any time by contacting our customer support team. For closures related to responsible gambling, nasib88 provides a self-exclusion option. Any valid balance in the account (following investigation) will be returned within a reasonable period.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nasib88 provides its platform on an "as is" basis.
